Privacy notice

How XUSLABS LTD handles personal data on xuslabs.com. Last updated 3 October 2026.

This notice covers the company website at xuslabs.com only. If you use AIFACECRAFT, your account, uploads and generated content are covered by the AIFACECRAFT Privacy Policy.

Who we are

XUSLABS LTD (company no. 16706799), 71-75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom, is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: hello@xuslabs.com.

What we collect

  • Messages you send us. If you email us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to include.
  • Technical logs. Our hosting provider records standard request data (IP address, browser type, requested page, time) to deliver and secure the site.

This website has no account system, no contact forms, no advertising trackers and no analytics cookies. It does not set cookies of its own.

Why we use it and on what basis

  • To answer your enquiry and follow up — our legitimate interest in running the business, or steps before a contract you ask for.
  • To keep the site available and secure — our legitimate interest in protecting our systems.
  • To meet legal obligations, for example record-keeping — legal obligation.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of processors that act on our instructions: our website host and our email provider. We do not sell personal data. Where personal data is sent outside the UK to another organisation, we rely on the safeguards UK law requires, such as adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement.

How long we keep it

Correspondence is kept for as long as the conversation is active and for up to six years afterwards where needed for legal or accounting reasons. Hosting logs are kept for a short period set by our provider.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict its use, and ask for a copy in a portable format. Write to hello@xuslabs.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

We will update this notice when our practices change and show the new date at the top.
